Of average height standing around 6f tall with well toned muscles and is heavily armoured for a ninja. Over a simple black shirt he wears a red segmented armoured chest piece to allow for best manoeuvrability along with large rectangular shoulder guards. His bottom half is similarly armoured. He has bright blonde spiky hair, sky blue eyes with the whites having a yellowish tint to them. He has a slightly angular jaw line, slim nose, thin lips and a slight yellowish tinge to his pale skin.

Personality: generally laid back when it comes to things not involved with being a ninja, away from missions Kazuma can be found in the most quest spots in the village either reading, writing or simply watching the world go by. He can even be found doing this when it is raining even though he dislikes it, he usury finds a nice dry spot though. When with a group of people or friends (which is rare) he is quiet, self conscious and generally will avoid being the centre of attention however this all changes when he has a mission. He becomes confident and will speak to others in a clear and professionally manner. In this way he likes a challenge and the fighting itself because nothing is as exhilarating as testing one skills against another. Despite this, he has a great sense of morality and honour.
History: Born into the Chiba family, a family that has been known to have little talent for ninjutsu however their skill with the blade made up for that fact. From an early age he was inducted to the way of the blade and when his time came he joined the academy. He showed just enough skill to be accepted and passed later on with a mediocre grade. Because of his detached style personality while off missions he has no close bound between team-mates, he is constantly regulated between team as needed. during one such mission when he was on his own he met another ninja called jace after the following battle both decided it was a draw. jace knocking chiba out feel uncontious from exhaustion. the battered chiba woke first and due to his honour could not bring himself to kill a defenceless opponent, they helped each other to hospital vowing the next time they met it would be as friends. this did not happen, meeting on a battle ground they fought to a stand still. once again chiba prevailed being able to move when his opponent was exhausted but at the cost of his right arm. everyone in it being crushed and the nerves destroyed by his rivals jusu. not being able to kill his defenceless opponent once more, they helped each other to a hospital where chiba had it amputated.
RP Sample: sitting back against the metal panel of the building high above the main street Chiba watched the world go by below him. He had found a nice little ledge to sit on that just had enough room to spread his legs out in front of him. Today was a good day, it wasn’t raining for starters and then he’d just got a new book. If the crown proved uninteresting to watch he’d read it, Chiba adjusted his armour slightly so it was more comfortable to sit in and placed his sword by him on the ledge. He looked down and saw the daily goings on of the village, people bustling too and fro with business of their own. He even saw some of his comrades though he only knew there names and nothing else. That reminded him, he was due a change of team tomorrow as well and it was the sixth rotation this month. He sighed, there was a mission after the change as well. So he used the time he had now to relax and giving up his watching, he lost himself within his book.
