History: Shin grew up in his older brothers shadows. Even passing the academy at a relitivly young age shin still looked up to his brother and was often asked why he isnt more like him. Shine tired of being looked down apon swear to grow up and be a great ninja everyone would look up to, At 10 Shin unlocked his heritage the time space ninjutsu that was passed down from clan member to clan member

RP Sample: Shin woke up, Today was Kunai practice, He ran to school barely speaking. he had been practicing for weeks to pass this. Shin had a new plan. He got to school early and looked at his teacher "May i go last today? please?" The teacher agree and forthe next few hours shin watched his commrads attack the course, only three hit everyone of the targets. He stood to take his turn and heard the mumers he had heard his whole life. Shin hit the first three targets wihout moving. Then he smiled and started focusing on his stomach where he welled up chakra next he knew he was in the air infront of the target shin hit it again, The time space ninjutsu had worked! Shin tried it again and felt something go wrong. next he knew he slammed into a tree and fell 20 feet to the ground. he had mis placed his jutsu and landed on a tree, before passing out he heard what he hated "Why can he be more like chee?"
