Ekoraakei (Harishikota clan kekkei-genkai)

Abilities of Kekkei Genkai: The user can maniuplate water in whatever way he/she wants. Depending on how the user directs the water, it could be used as offence, defence, or healing.
Depending on the way it is used, it could be anywhere from an E rank to an S rank.
E: healing minor things like cuts or bruises
D: Deflecting something like a kunai, healing something like a sprained ankle
C: Deflecting multiple objects, putting out a fire, Healing small broken bones
B: using a water-canon to break down a barrier or to knock someone a good ways off, A water dome that would deflected most fire jutsu, healing big wounds
A: Smashing through a strong barrier, water senbon needles used to kill someone, A water dome that deflects most fire, earth, and wood jutsu, healing major wounds
S: Breaking through any type of barrier, tsunamis water cannons and small hurricanes that kill people, a water dome that deflects almost any kind of offensive jutsu, healing wounds that people would usually die from.

Appearance when using Kekkei Genkai: basically....water bends to the will of the user, doing anything they wish. It is controlled by hand motions.

History of Kekkei Genkai: Not much is known about the creation of the Ekoraakei except for that it's first user was Kaida Harishikota, a kunoichi famous for her healing abilities. In the years following her death, the Ekoraakei developed more fully among the Harishikota clan. However, the bloodline seemed to weaken a bit, and it is rare that a member of the clan is able to use the Ekoraakei higher than a C rank.

Users of Kekkei Genkai: Daisuke Harishikota (deceased), Yuri Harishikota (alive), Ebony Harishikota (believed to be deceased but death was never confirmed) Kora Harishikota (alive if she gets approved)

Drawbacks of Kekkei Genkai: It takes up a lot of chakra to use, so unless you are aiming for a one-shot kill in battle it isnt a wise choice to use unless it is for defence. If you use one of the higher-ranking uses, it will leave you feeling drained.
The jutsu also has a negative effect on the chakra system, after using it for a long time or a higher rank like B, A, or S, there is a pretty good chance you will pass out (and if you pass out in a battle you will usually die).
