I need a brother

OKAY so heres the deal:

She's a neko yes XD but the thing is I want her to have a brother but I want to be able to rp with him so I was wondering if anybody would want to be her brother.

He doesn't have to be a neko or even like his sister that much; I didn't want him to to be a 'goody two shoes' but more of someone with a messed up past sort of, a bit of a rebel type. sort of like uh Binx with his vampirish OC (Forgot the name) Or Xeno with Lantin. But it doesn;t matter who plays the brother, i was just giving examples.

He has to be a teenager or older, no one under the age of fifteen. ANd my OC is going to be sly, cunning and a bit seductive, a little bit of a coy girl. A little like Tsuki without the whole evil, i kill you thing.

Okay I think I can do that, how old do you want her? And any particular personality or past or anything? You want her to be the sweet, loving 6 year old? Or how bout the rebellious ass of a 17 year old?

preferably a teen as Yukimura is about 20 years old. So 17 or 18 is perfect. Personality is all up to you
