Personality: (Minimum two sentences.) Madoka is rather easy to anger, but usually it is in a more comical sense. She is defensive, and doesnt let a lot of people into her personal bubble. She loves a good laugh. Madoka loves fighting, and wont back down from a challenge. She is loud and sometimes obnoxious. Madoka doesnt have many friends, but the ones she does have are for life, and she would give up her life for them. Madoka is bisexual, and to her it doesnt matter if a person is male or female, so she treats almost everyone the same way.
History: (Minimum two sentences) Madoka was raised in a happy family, up until she was 15. When she was 15 her parents found out about her being bisexual, and since they were very homophobic they kicked her out of the house and she now lives on her own. Madoka took an enormous emotional blow from this, but she managed to toughen up and now hardly ever thinks about her parents.

Description: (Be as detailed as possible.) The user makes handsigns and throws a really long wire. They run chakra down the wire, so they can control it and make it move like a snake. Then, they can make flames appear on the wire. In short, its a flaming wire that can move like a snake, or be used like a whip.
Drawbacks: (Depends on the jutsu.) It takes a lot of chakra to use, and it is also a bit difficult to control the wire.
