Description: (Be as detailed as possible.): After making the handsigns, a ball of light will appear, hovering in front of the caster. The caster then moves their hand in the direction that they want to strike at, and a bolt of lightning will shoot at wherever they made a motion to. Depending on how much chakra is used during the technique, the bolt of lightning could be bigger and move faster, or smaller and move slower. The more chakra is used, the more deadly it will be.
Drawbacks: (Depends on the jutsu.)
Can NEVER be used in a very watery terrain (Like a battle on a lake or an ocean) because the electricity from the lightning would backfire and hit the caster. The jutsu also takes up a lot of chakra, so if you miss, it would cause you problems.
