Description: Romina uses her speed to twist in the air and coat her leg with wind chakra. Then She kicks her target.The wind chakra adds to her normal kicking powering. Increasing how fast and how hard it can hit. By adding wind chakra it makes it more streamline thus making it faster.
Drawbacks: Uses up chakra to make the kick stremline. Also can only be used if Romina is in the air whether it be because of her wings or because she jumped.
