Description:
Normally one can only use it on objects they can see. With numerous training and plenty of experience, a member can eventually become so keen with their static field that they can 'feel' objects around them. All objects in nature carry an electrical charge even if it's at zero. An experienced member can sense such things and manipulate them as long as it is within their own static field. Thus granting the user the ability of complete static awareness in their field. This directly corresponds to the amount of times one has used the technique in distance training.
Effect:
Allows a member to manipulate and control electrostatic charges even out of their range of sight, in their personal static field.
Drawback:
One can only use this ability if it is in the range of their own electrostatic field.

Description:
By channeling a minuscule amount of chakra throughout the user's Awareness field, the user is capable of sending a tiny amount of chakra towards the spines and nape of the opponent. This impulse causes the hair on the back of the opponent's neck to stand on end, sending a shiver down the opponent's spine. This might cause the opponent to believe that they are caught within a fear-based Genjutsu and cause them to attempt to break the Genjutsu and deal extra damage to themselves or waste chakra with a Kai application.
Effect:
Sends a small burst of static towards the opponent, making the hair on the back of their neck to stand up.
Drawback:
Must be within the user's Awareness field.
