Abilities of Kekkei Genkai:
Once the Kekkei Genkai is activated, they acquire the ability to see the raw elemental natures of Wind, Water, and Lightning, including chakra, as thin ribbons randomly moving in the surface like lightning. They can recognize the presence of all three elements and know their locations. For example they could see the flow of water in an underground spring, the presence of electricity in the sky, the forming of a storm and others as long as the range of vision isn't comprised. Those born in this bloodline are prone to use one of the following elements: Lightning, Water or Wind.


Appearance when using Kekkei Genkai:
The members of this clan have one characteristic in common their snow white hair that changes with the weather. All members of the clan possess the ability to use their eyes in a special style and thus change the appearances accordingly.

In the first stage of their kekkei genkai, the pupils of a Miyuki no Arashi eyes twist into a whirlpool fashion with a slow and constant motion. The whole pupil glow with an electrifying blue color as the rest is left with a red tint.

In the second stage the blood vessels along the temples and eyes swell as blue streaks.

In the final stage the eyes are completely engulf in a misty white color with the random streaks of blue lines that somewhat resemble lightning. The outside rim of the iris gives off a red hue which comes off as purple. The blood vessels run farther out and the surroundings of her eyes begin to turn darker.

There is an extra stage where the user appears to have see-through wings that allow them control of the weather, the brighter it get's the stronger the control. A few users have had the wings appear in one of the previous stages but have a ghostly appearance to them, almost as though they were an illusion.


History of Kekkei Genkai:
The Miyuki no Arashi clan's official insignia was introduced in the earliest days of the clan’s founding first introduced by the Devil Storm. The insignia is a crest with wings on each side and a dot symbolizing the eye of the storm.

The origins of the Wing Storm clan are masked in obscurity. It was said by word of mouth that the Devil Storm, the original founder of the clan, was a legend, the first man to gain the devil eyes and wings of the storm creature. The Legend dates back a few hundred years ago, with a boy wishing to control the terrible power of the demonic weather who villagers believed was the doings of a demon. Menacing dark clouds shrouded the village, they were in the grasp of harsh winds that would tear homes, and lightning would burn everything it touched and rain drowned those who could not stand in the wind, without any mercy.


The boy’s name was never known or said, instead he was known by the nickname The Devil’s Storm. He spent his entire life observing, studying and watching as his home and people were destroyed by this demonic weather. It wasn’t until one faithful day he decided to put an end to it. Once of age, he left the village and ventured in the outside world. He searched where the storms came from and after years of searching, he came back a complete different man.

To those he knew, they found him darker, with eyes consumed of blue hue and an air of confidence surrounded him. The weak child they once knew was no more. His hair had become from that dark color to a white color, whiter then snow with a silver tint. The man had assured his people that they would no more have to leave in fear. Everyone swore he had gone mad, that is until the day of the day of the Devil Storm. It was then that they understood and watched in complete awe as the once little boy prepared himself to face the storm. At first, his eyes changed, mirroring the actions of the approaching storm. Then the veins and arteries around his eyes and temples bulged and became the color of the seas and skies, finally consuming his eyes with mist and strikes of electrifying blues. They watched as he raised his hands to the sky, in a god-like manner and formed strange hand seals nobody had seen before. Suddenly, the rain came to a stop, thunder faded into the horizon and the sky came to a total still, he had stopped the storm. A gentle breeze caress the valley, assuring it no harm would come to it and the villagers cheered and rejoiced, tears of joy ran down the women’s faces. They praised him for his victorious doing.

The man never truly spoke of how he had attained the power, except that he had met with a Winged creature and said that those of his bloodline would inherit the soul of the wing storm in them.

Drawbacks of Kekkei Genkai:
The only drawback about the Wing Storm is the fact that after being used over a long period of time the user becomes blind a period of time depending how long a post they use it.
