Looks:

Arashi is tall, slender but fairly muscular. He’s got long black hair and golden eyes, high-lighting against his pale skin and pronounced facial features. He wears a white form-fitting kosode, a white hakama lower robe, a belt which is his shinobi band from Konoha and warajis which are sandals made out of straw rope. On top he wears a white haori with black borders.

Village: Born in Otogakure, residing in Konohagakure.

Element: Lightning and Wind.

Specialty: Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu.

Personality:
Arashi is serene and indifferent, somehow apathetic about things regardless how affected or deeply troubled he might be. He believes in law and order, and protecting his sister or anyone of importance to him.

He’s got a superiority complex and doesn’t see anyone as worth of his time. He takes respect and properly naming into account, getting offended by the misuse of them. He hides his emotions, trying to prove that he doesn’t have them and tends to avoid displays of affection. Though, her sister little Momo is an exception to nearly everything.

History:
Arashi was born in Otogakure, within the Fumei clan to the parents Ukitake and Kushina. He grew up in the Sound village until the fall of Orochimaru, when his clan was restored in the Land of Fire from its exile and settled down in Konohagakure.

In the hidden leaf village, he started his studies in the Shinobi academy and kept on improving through training, reading and different missions. After being put through the chuunin exam, he acquired the title of chuunin and started working on a whole new level of training and tasks.

After a couple of years, he began to prepare himself for the jounin exams and went through different fights to achieve the new title... (Currently being tested)
