Jutsu/gear/demons, and how you get these things

Jutsu
A) Genin are allowed to use jutsu rank E-C with one B-rank in there move list. Chunin are allowed to use E-B with one A-rank. Jounin are allowed to have jutsu rank E-A with one S-rank. They may gain more S-ranks, but this will be gained Via RP posts.
B)All jutsu rank S-b MUST have a training rp before full approval. What this means is that you must link an rp of your character training to use the jutsu in some way shape or form. The rp cannot start any later the 30% through the jutsu's training. Any training rp should be linked with (training) next to the title

Gear: Very simple. Any gear rank C-S will only be approved after an rp is done about how your character obtained the piece of equiptment. It does not have to be a long rp, but it must make some sort of sence. this rp should be marked with (Gear) after the title.

Demons: Demons can only be granted after you have reached 5000 posts. They are extremely powerful and must be limited as such. To have your demon approved, you must make an rp on how the demon was obtained. Once again, this does not have to be long, but it must make sense. these rps should be marked with (demon) after the title.

These are the rules and I expect them followed. You creations will not be approved otherwise.

Note: To all the "Old rpers" (you know who you are) these rules do not apply to your crossovers, but all new creations must follow these guildlines.
